Parshall + Associates Architects was formed in 1980 as a multi-discipline design, planning and historic preservation firm.  The staff brings an extensive background of combined architectural experience with both private and public clients, individual and institutional building and planning programs.  In the past twenty-six years, the firm has become a specialist in public sector architecture.  Parshall + Associates Architects, a sole proprietorship, is a 100% woman-owned business enterprise (WBE, DBE, HUB) certified by the City of Austin, the State of Texas, Travis County, Texas Department of Transportation and Capital Metro.  We have varied experience in project management, land use planning, test plans, urban design, feasibility studies, building renovations, green or sustainable architecture, planning, additions and renovations, maintenance planning, new construction, master planning, historic preservation and historic restoration, programming, space planning, and life safety and ADA-related projects.
