Complete renovation of 25,000 sf facility.  To be used as office space, training, storage, and an on-site child care center for CMTA employees.  Involves selective demolition, a new elevator/elevator shaft, two new exit stairs, new mechanical system, new electrical system including an emergency generator, new plumbing system including a fire sprinkler system, new perimeter fencing, new roof, fenced child care play yards with safety surfaces, security system for the interior and the exterior, interior design of interior spaces, skylight, and light monitors for natural day lighting.
