Architexas served as prime architect, while Parshall & Associates acted as production architect. This project achieved the implementation of a Master Plan and Building Expansion. The project included the addition of a new worship sanctuary (300 occupants) constructed by use of clear-span wood arches. Interior design included a monumental natural-light vault at ecumenical altar and pulpit, a day-light-monitor at small chapel (30 occupants), office space addition; fellowship hall and classroom renovations to an existing church facility. This project included redevelopment of the site (+/- 2.63 acres) to accommodate the new building addition and approximately 100 parking spaces while the church continued to occupy the structure. The building design and expansion program included the sanctuary, choir loft, chapel and administrative/pastoral offices comprising some 9,500 GSF. Additionally, renovations to the existing church totaling some 5,300 GSF were completed to transform an existing sanctuary into fellowship hall with a kitchen, accompanied by renovated church school classroom spaces.
