The Pecan Springs Elementary School project involved a new $1,010,023, 12,000 SF library, a six classroom addition, and renovations of an existing school building.  The library facility includes a circulation desk, periodical and reading areas, computer area and staff work area.  Working in close and continuous contact with our cost estimator, we used color, patterns, lighting, and curved gypsum board to achieve an inspiring library that was within the budget.  In fact, the bids came in $200,000 under the budget.
